Finder and Inspector each include a 10-day card-backed trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you keep the product after the trial, Stripe charges the one-time $19.95 core-product price.
This launch version is intentionally short. It applies to Guxee Finder, Guxee Inspector, and Guxee Add-ons purchased through our website or checkout flow.

We plan to send a reminder around day 5. You remain responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not want the product.
Add-ons are optional one-time $9.95 purchases. Because add-ons activate digital functionality immediately after payment, add-on purchases are generally final unless required by law or we make a clear billing or activation error.
For a first core-product purchase, contact us within 14 days of the charge if something went wrong, the product did not activate, or the purchase was accidental. We may approve a refund to the original payment method after reviewing account activity, activation records, and support history.
Guxee does not provide partial refunds for unused time, revoked abusive accounts, or purchases made with shared credentials in violation of our license rules.
Use the contact page for refund, trial, billing, or licensing questions. Include the account email, product name, purchase date, Stripe receipt if available, and a screenshot of the charge if relevant.
